My career has been built in the high-pressure world of Fortune 500 companies, working as a lawyer in public policy. I've earned promotions and weathered setbacks. I've navigated workplace conflict, fought for a seat at the table, and learned — sometimes the hard way — what it really takes to lead at the highest levels.

But when my faith deepened, something unexpected happened. Instead of feeling more confident, I felt more conflicted.

I started questioning everything. Was it wrong to pursue ambition? Was advocating for myself out of alignment with humility? Did wanting a promotion mean I was prioritizing success over God?
I found myself pulling back. Playing smaller. Second-guessing decisions I used to make with confidence.

I didn’t know how to fully integrate my faith with my career, and for a while, it felt like I had to choose between the two.

I found myself pulling back. Playing smaller. Second-guessing decisions I used to make with confidence.

I didn’t know how to fully integrate my faith with my career, and for a while, it felt like I had to choose between the two.

Everything shifted when I started studying Scripture through the lens of work and leadership. I launched my business as a women’s leadership speaker and discovered something that changed everything: the Bible has a lot to say about ambition, excellence, advocacy, and purpose.

As I applied those principles in my own career, I found my voice. I stepped into bigger opportunities. I learned to advocate for myself — without compromising my integrity or my faith.

And then I watched the same transformation happen in the women I coached.

That's when I knew: Christian women professionals don't just need career advice or spiritual encouragement. They need both — in the same room, at the same time, guided by the same framework.

So I built that room. And I named it Christian Career Women.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Ellie Nieves.

Fortune 500 executive • Corporate attorney • Leadership strategist • Entrepreneur

I found myself pulling back. Playing smaller. Second-guessing decisions I used to make with confidence.

The Shift

How It Started

Faith and Ambition Together

Ellie’s professional transformation began when she dug more deeply into Scripture—seeking guidance not only for her own career journey, but for how to help other women grow and succeed.

Today, that foundation shapes everything she teaches inside Christian Career Women—equipping women to grow in their careers while staying rooted in their faith.

Like you, Ellie is a woman of many roles

Faith. life. career.
