Wise, Wealthy & Faithful: Financial Strategies for the Christian Career Woman
Proverbs 31 describes a woman who is wise with money — she "considers a field and buys it," extends her hands to the poor, works with strength and dignity, and can "laugh without fear of the future." In this interactive session, Karen Balza, CPA and Financial Advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, will help women connect that timeless picture of financial wisdom to practical, actionable steps for their own lives.

Come Work For Us: What Showing Up Online Opened
Many Christian women feel a quiet guilt about being visible online, like having a presence, sharing your expertise, or building a following crosses some line into vanity or self-promotion. So we shrink. We stay quiet. We let our work speak for itself and hope someone notices.
In 2018, Dr. Jen wrote #BeWorthFollowing, a book about building an online presence that's actually worth following—not for the sake of attention, but because of who you are and what you stand for. What she didn't expect was what came next: the career opportunities. The messages from people saying, "I've been watching what you do, come work for us." The doors that opened because she was visible, consistent, and trustworthy online.
In this session, Jen makes the case that being worth following isn't vanity; it's stewardship. She challenges the assumption that visibility and faithfulness are at odds and shares what she's learned about stewarding influence with integrity—and where that stewardship has led her since.
